Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and update customers on progress.
• With slight knowledge in engineering
