Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage new employee ID issuance and thumbprint registration.
- Maintain and update workers’ dormitory listings, handling check-ins and check-outs accurately.
- Key in monthly utilities orders, subcontractor manpower reports, and overtime timesheets.
- Assist in reviewing staff claims, including medical, petrol, and meal reimbursements.
- Handle monthly stationery and pantry orders.
- Cover reception duties as required.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by department manager.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level or Polytechnic/ITE Diploma.
- Positive, people-oriented attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous, process-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Able to start work on short notice.
