Job Description
Technical Review & Quality Assurance
• Review accounting work prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during engagements, including adjustments and clarifications.
Team Guidance & Coaching
• Guide, train, and mentor junior staff to build technical competencies and professional growth.
• Provide feedback and support learning and development initiatives within the team.
Client Advisory & Engagement
• Conduct financial reviews and provide business advisory services to clients.
• Offer tax advisory on corporate tax matters, working in collaboration with internal or external tax specialists as required.
• Lead or support ad-hoc client engagements, ensuring service quality and timeliness.
Client Onboarding & Management
• Lead the onboarding process for new monthly clients, ensuring smooth transition and clear documentation.
• Participate in meetings with consultants and clients for onboarding, system demonstrations, and service scoping.
Xero Implementation & Support
• Lead Xero implementation projects, including setup, data migration, and client-specific configurations.
• Provide hands-on training and support to clients on using Xero for their day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with consultants during Xero demonstrations and customisation discussions.
