Telemarketer (Auto)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Auto Telemarketer to join our team. The Auto Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote auto-related products and services, handle enquiries, and provide excellent customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build customer trust.

Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote auto insurance

· Present product information clearly and match offerings to customer needs.

· Address customer concerns, objections, and questions in a professional and persuasive manner.

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals.

· Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs, including call volumes, sales targets, and conversion rates.

· Stay updated on auto products, services, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.

Requirements

· Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (auto industry experience is an advantage).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejections.

· Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Basic knowledge of auto insurance is preferred.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
