Sales Manager (Marine Propulsion)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for propulsion systems and solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across shipowners, shipyards, and offshore sectors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Handle tenders, RFQs, and commercial proposals end-to-end
  • Provide technical-commercial support, working closely with engineering teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in maritime sales, preferably in propulsion systems, equipment, or technical solutions
  • Strong network within shipowners, shipyards, or offshore industry
  • Good understanding of marine propulsion systems or related equipment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
