About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations, managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Administration

  • Support the sales team in managing daily sales operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and customer records.
  • Ensure sales-related information is communicated accurately and efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Assist in customer meetings alongside the Managing Director and Sales Team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

Order Processing & Sales Support

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

After-Sales Service

  • Provide prompt and effective support to customers after the sales process.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, updates, or potential challenges.

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales databases.
  • Develop and manage organized filing systems for sales documentation.
  • Generate reports and assist with sales performance tracking when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administrative role is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
