Cargo Officer (Bunker)

Role:

• Manage cargo operations and documentation
• Safeguard product quality and quantity
• Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are
  in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2024,
  wherever applicable.
• Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard
  bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented.
• Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook
  and daily ROB report.
• Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager
  immediately and assist in onsite investigation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers.
• Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR
  48).
• Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024).
• Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
