Customer Support Officer (Marine Indsutry)

Responsibilities / Duties

• Attend to customer enquiries efficiently and with professionalism
• Prepare pricing quotations and conduct follow-ups to secure business opportunities
• Work closely with internal departments including operations, logistics, and sales for smooth order execution
• Keep customers informed on order timelines, shipment status, and delivery updates
• Ensure customer records and related documentation are properly maintained and updated

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Maritime, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous
• Candidates without formal qualifications should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience using SAP system is beneficial
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
