Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering excellent service at all times for collection/delivery of rental cars and other operational tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle collection, delivery, and chauffeur-driving assignments promptly and with high quality to meet service standards
• Follow company policies and code of conduct consistently to maintain operational integrity
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Suggest improvements to operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, parking lots, and storage areas to ensure safety and readiness

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
