Job Summary

Join Tribecar as a Technical Assistant to support hardware deployment and system integration for our car-sharing service. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with telematics equipment installation and vehicle system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and troubleshoot telematics equipment in vehicles to ensure proper functionality
• Conduct stock taking to maintain accurate inventory levels of hardware components
• Assemble basic system parts and hardware components for deployment
• Coordinate with clients to schedule installation appointments efficiently
• Monitor and oversee system health to identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 2B or 3 driving license to operate vehicles safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate basic computer operation skills to support technical tasks
• Familiarity with vehicles accessories
• Show familiarity with web technologies to assist in system integration
• Understand vehicle accessories to facilitate installation and troubleshooting
• Open to individuals with no experience in this field
