Tribecar is a 100% Singaporean on-demand car-sharing service with over 1300 convenient locations. Members access cars via smartphone 24/7 with no minimum booking length. We design, build, and maintain every element of the service ourselves.

Job Summary

You will provide prompt, empathetic customer support by responding to enquiries via email, calls, and online chats, helping to ensure high customer satisfaction and supporting marketing outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to email enquiries from the public and members to resolve their requests clearly and efficiently
  • Call members when needed to clarify and understand their requests for better service delivery
  • Attend to online chat and social media enquiries to provide timely assistance and maintain customer engagement
  • Support marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Use computer, cloud, and mobile applications effectively to manage customer interactions and information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to speak other local languages to enhance communication with diverse customers
  • Possession of a valid class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 driving license to support operational flexibility
  • Basic proficiency in office computing applications to assist with administrative tasks
