Job Summary

You will support the team by managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations at our Aljunied MRT location.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to support team productivity and customer engagement
  • Use computer skills to maintain accurate records and communications related to appointments
  • Apply proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare and organize documents and presentations as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on appointments
