Site Coordinator (Full time and/or Part time)

We are looking for a Site Coordinator to support project coordination, site communication, and drafting-related operations forconstruction and engineering projects. The role involves liaising with projectstakeholders, coordinating drawing updates, attending site meetings, andensuring timely communication between the site and drafting teams. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors andproject stakeholders on project requirements and drawing updates

• Attend site meetings, coordination sessions, andproject discussions as required

• Collect site information, markups, comments, andinstructions for drafting and design teams

• Monitor drawing revisions, submission status,and project progress

• Ensure timely follow-up on project updates,approvals, and coordination matters

• Assist in managing project timelines anddeliverables

• Liaise closely with drafting, BIM, rendering,and technical support teams

• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions,and correspondence

Requirements

• Able to read and understand technical drawingsand project documents

• Able to travel for site meetings andcoordination sessions where required

Salary: $2,800 – $4,200/month Part-time or full-time arrangement available; salary will be commensurate with working hours and experience.
