Position Overview
Our client is supporting the growth of a Singapore-based investment platform focused on serving sophisticated investors and strategic partners across Asia.
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional to lead investor engagement, strategic partnership development, and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to cultivate long-term relationships, expand investor networks, and support the continued development of the platform.
This role is well suited for candidates with established networks within private banking, wealth management, family offices, asset management, or institutional investment communities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, including but not limited to:
Private Banking;
Wealth Management;
Securities Brokerage;
Investment Banking;
Asset Management;
Family Offices;
Investor Relations;
Capital Raising and Business Development;
Demonstrated experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and institutional stakeholders;
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region;
Familiarity with Chinese business culture and investor communication practices;
Strong business development, networking, presentation, and relationship management skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and execution capability;
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders and strategic partners;
Coordinate ongoing investor servicing and engagement initiatives in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies;
Respond to enquiries and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and relevant internal teams;
Organise relationship-building activities, presentations, networking events, and industry engagement initiatives;
Support the administration and coordination of investor-related processes and documentation.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic relationships;
Expand and maintain networks with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, and professional intermediaries;
Support investor engagement initiatives in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies;
Coordinate stakeholder onboarding processes, including documentation requirements, in collaboration with internal and external parties;
Work closely with senior management to execute growth initiatives and strengthen market presence.
Note: This role does not participate in investment decision-making, portfolio management, or trade execution activities.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Base Salary: SGD 10,000;
Performance-based incentive scheme;
Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) participation, subject to the Company's equity plan rules and vesting arrangements;
Medical and corporate insurance benefits;
Employment Pass sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates, subject to prevailing Singapore Ministry of Manpower requirements.
