BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and updating of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.

- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design models to ensure accuracy, clash-free integration, and compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

- Review and manage model data exchange to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.

- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, and track as well as resolve identified issues.

- Support BIM model submissions to local authorities.

- Maintain close coordination with consultants and construction teams to ensure alignment between BIM models and site conditions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or model management

- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.

- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage
