Finance Executive (F&B/West/4k/5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction recording for the business.
• Supervise and review the transaction processing work carried out by the Finance Officer.
• Perform month-end closing for the entity-level accounts and prepare financial statements and supporting reports.
• Prepare or review monthly account schedules and reconciliations, as well as handle inter-company billings and the reconciliation of inter-company transactions and balances.
• Support the Finance Manager with all accounting and finance tasks, including year-end audit procedures, quarterly GST filings, verification of income tax computations, and the preparation of various reports or responses for government statutory boards.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or relevant discipline
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience specializing in Finance -General/Cost Accounting (Full set of accounts), General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with MS Excel skills
• Meticulous and organized individual who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
