Customer Service Officer, Airport (Travel/East/2.5k/Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Assist travellers at the check-in desks
• Confirm passenger identities at the boarding gates
• Check details on travel documents, passports, and/or visas
• Offer assistance to customers with special needs
• Address customer concerns related to flight disruptions
• Manage customer paperwork and documentation
• Resolve customer problems with self-service check-in systems

Requirements:

• Minimum N levels or above
• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to perform shift work
