Job Summary
Lead and coordinate retail visual display projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction through effective cross-team collaboration and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned projects to deliver quality outcomes on schedule aligned with client specifications
- Coordinate end-to-end production by liaising with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production teams, and external vendors
- Supervise external partners to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and budget compliance
- Plan and communicate project tasks across teams during execution to maintain alignment
- Develop and maintain project timelines to track milestones and final delivery
- Organize and lead project meetings to resolve issues and provide progress updates
- Manage project changes by informing stakeholders and assessing impacts on timelines and budgets
- Support client handovers by managing expectations during project transitions
- Create detailed onsite schedules for load-in, setup, and dismantling activities, and share with stakeholders
- Supervise onsite work to enforce safety procedures, quality standards, and adherence to timelines
- Handle Permit To Work applications and safety documentation including risk assessments and safe work procedures when required
- Source and coordinate vendors and suppliers for materials and manpower as needed
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve processes
- Communicate effectively in English and engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, event management, or interior fit-outs preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience encouraged to apply
- More experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles
