Havend is a new startup specializing in insurance planning, with a rich heritage of providing professsional financial advice, where clients’ interest comes first. We are looking for self-driven and passionate individuals to join us as a salaried Insurance Specialist to revolutionalise how insurance is given in Singapore.

As an Insurance Specialist, you will be playing a critical role in providing sound, unbiased and holistic insurance advice to our clients to empower them to navigate their life journeys with confidence.

Incumbent is remunerated with a basic salary that commensurate with experience and variable bonuses such as performance rewards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent client experience throughout the advisory journey
• Understanding and assessing clients’ need for protection
• Developing and implementing insurance solutions for clients
• Developing long-term client engagement
• Assisting in claims and policy servicing

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

• Enjoys financial planning work as well as interactions with clients
• Possess good understanding of insurance products and services
• Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong sense of work ethics
• Is a licensed financial adviser or on track to getting one
• Has good interpersonal & communication skills
• Has a diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline
• Has prior working experience in a similar role could be an advantage
