Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct job architecture review, benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyse trends to make recommendation for annual salary structure reviews
  • Review the job structures and market trends to ensure our current salary packages, Performance management based rewards, Talent Management programmes, including well-being programme, etc. are updated.
  • Assist with cross-functional HR functions, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and policy alignment.
  • Support international transfers, expatriate management, and global policy harmonization.
  • Work closely with countries' HR business partners to identify and resolve C&B related issues and address team members' concerns
  • Participate in other HR projects as required


Requirements

  • At least 5 year experience in HR. Prior experience in compensation & benefits or handling regional or global subsidiaries would be advantageous
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Possess a high level of integrity. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to exercise informed and independent judgement while keeping and appreciating internal philosophy and frameworks
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to various business units or regional offices on a project basis.
