Urban Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of urban design and master planning projects across various scales and typologies.
• Prepare high-quality production work including diagrams, illustrative plans, layouts, presentations, reports, and graphic packages.
• Develop compelling visual narratives and concept communication materials for client presentations and design reviews.
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows, visualization tools, and emerging digital technologies to enhance design efficiency, concept generation, and presentation quality.
• Support design teams in preparing urban design studies, spatial analysis, benchmarking, and research documentation.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams including Planning, Landscape, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Sustainability teams.
• Assist in translating conceptual ideas into clear and technically coordinated design outputs.
• Mentor and support junior team members throughout project stages, helping maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Support management and work-winning teams in preparing master planning bids, RFP responses, competitions, capability statements, and client presentations.
• Contribute to bid strategy, design narratives, graphic packaging, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
• Contribute to internal design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and innovation initiatives within the studio.
• Ensure all production outputs are aligned with project vision, company standards, and client requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging urban design trends, AI tools, visualization techniques, and digital workflows relevant to the industry.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master / Bachelor in Urban Design, Landscape, Architecture, or related discipline
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and understanding of architectural and urban design frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
