Direct Sales Advisor - Motor & Car Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell motor and car insurance products to drivers and motorists.
• Understand customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide after-sales support and policy renewal follow-up.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automobile sales, medical sales, telesales, insurance, or customer service is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented
