Warehouse Operations Coordinator (3PL)
Job Description
Company Overview
Enoch Surfaces is a newly incorporated, agile business in Singapore specializing in the B2B supply of high-quality SPC flooring materials.
While we are a fresh and exciting entrant in the local Singapore market, we are backed by a strong foundation. Our parent manufacturing facility in China has been established since 2013, and we have successfully expanded our regional footprint with thriving business operations in Thailand and Malaysia. As part of our global expansion strategy, Singapore is our next major launchpad.
Built on robust manufacturing capabilities and zero bureaucracy, we move fast and price competitively. We are currently building our founding pioneer team in Singapore from scratch. If you are a disciplined, self-driven operations professional who wants to take full ownership of our logistics gateway, we want you on board.
Job Summary
Anchor our standalone on-site logistics operations by managing inventory data accuracy and quality control at our outsourced third-party warehouse (3PL) in West Singapore. Operating fully independently apart from the main office team, this role serves as our critical gatekeeper—ensuring that physical order fulfillment perfectly matches our digital records and overseeing the 3PL loading and unloading ground teams.
Responsibilities
Standalone Site Management: Stationed independently at our partner 3PL facility to oversee daily warehouse movements, representing Enoch Surfaces' operational interests on the ground.
Gatekeeper of Quality Control: Meticulously audit physical stock against order delivery records. Act as the vital line of defense to catch critical errors (such as wrong SKU assignments to pallets or material color mismatches) before cargo leaves the gates.
3PL Liaison & Team Coordination: Communicate effectively and assertively with the 3PL supervisor and their loading/unloading ground teams to ensure activities are executed orderly, safely, and on schedule.
Inventory Accuracy: Oversee routine, systematic cycle counts executed by the 3PL, immediately identifying variances and reconciling digital spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or inventory management systems with physical stock counts.
Cross-Border Tracking: Liaise with our factory management team in China to align incoming container shipment timelines, custom arrivals, and stock intake schedules.
Autonomous Problem Solving: Take full charge of discrepancy resolution on-site, swiftly flagging and correcting stock anomalies directly with the Sales team and logistics providers without needing constant supervision.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, stock auditing, or 3PL vendor oversight in Singapore.
Exceptional eye for detail with a proven track record of catching inventory errors and resolving stock discrepancies.
Highly disciplined, mature, and comfortable working entirely autonomously as a solo company representative on-site.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for manual data tracking and inventory management systems.
Fluent in English and Chinese to ensure seamless daily communication with both local 3PL ground handlers and our factory management team in China.
Physical requirement: None. This is an administrative, analytical, and ground-coordination role—all moving, packing, and heavy lifting are executed by the 3PL's outsourced movers.
