Job Summary

Manage semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload to delivery, leading cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, track schedules, and resolve critical issues while aligning with stakeholders and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and proactively assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor program execution by tracking schedules, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate project status clearly to internal stakeholders to maintain alignment with committed timelines and expectations
  • Resolve critical project issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving effective solutions to minimize impact
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and interface with executive leadership to provide updates and escalate risks as needed
  • Review build plans to identify constraints and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality
  • Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning to support project and operational goals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and leading special projects to enhance processes and outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products in a global market
  • Strong project management and analytical skills demonstrated through successful project delivery and risk mitigation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead teams
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system for managing production and materials planning
  • Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes relevant to semiconductor manufacturing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence across the organization and with external partners
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently using sound judgment
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and leverage resources effectively
  • Professional presence and behavior
