Job Summary
Manage semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload to delivery, leading cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, track schedules, and resolve critical issues while aligning with stakeholders and driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and proactively assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor program execution by tracking schedules, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate project status clearly to internal stakeholders to maintain alignment with committed timelines and expectations
- Resolve critical project issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving effective solutions to minimize impact
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and interface with executive leadership to provide updates and escalate risks as needed
- Review build plans to identify constraints and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality
- Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning to support project and operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and leading special projects to enhance processes and outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products in a global market
- Strong project management and analytical skills demonstrated through successful project delivery and risk mitigation
- Effective oral and written communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead teams
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system for managing production and materials planning
- Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes relevant to semiconductor manufacturing
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence across the organization and with external partners
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently using sound judgment
- Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and initiative
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and leverage resources effectively
