The role of Investment Consultant / Relationship Manager focuses on helping individuals and families grow and protect their wealth while building long-term, trust-based relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on both asset growth and protection
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ financial portfolios to identify opportunities and risks
- Recommend tailored, needs-based financial solutions aligned with clients’ goals
- Present and promote a wide range of financial products and services
- Actively participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives
- Respond to client enquiries professionally through both face-to-face and remote channels
- Deliver high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Main requirements:
- A diploma or degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn (candidates new to the financial industry are welcome)
Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry (for Relationship Manager consideration)
- Relevant financial advisory experience and certifications such as CMFAS M5, M6, M8, M9, and HI
