About the Department
The Retail Banking function supports customers in managing their finances and achieving their financial goals through a wide suite of services. These include deposits, loans (secured and unsecured), insurance, investment products, and wealth advisory.
The Personal Financial Services team focuses on creating convenient, value-driven banking solutions while encouraging strong savings and investment habits across different customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Wealth Executive, your role will involve:
- Delivering tailored financial advice and investment solutions to meet clients’ financial planning needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
- Providing a high-quality, personalized banking experience
- Leveraging the bank’s internal network and resources to meet sales targets
- Ensuring all advisory processes, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and promptly
- Adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards, including relevant financial advisory regulations
Training & Development
You will undergo a structured training program designed to:
- Equip you with product knowledge and financial advisory skills
- Prepare you to deliver professional wealth management services
- Support your ability to achieve sales and performance targets
Requirements
- A diploma or university degree (candidates without relevant experience are welcome)
- A results-driven and self-motivated mindset
