(Mid–Senior Level | Team Leadership & Advisory Growth)

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a sizeable high-value client portfolio by identifying and engaging affluent international individuals from various countries (e.g. UK, Australia, India, etc).
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments and develop customised wealth management plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring long-term financial success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, financial regulations, and product innovations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Financial Adviser or in a senior wealth management role.
  • Proven sales performance and client management track record in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory for international clients from various countries (e.g. UK, Australia, India, etc).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
  • Able to balance personal production and team development
  • Determined, resilient, and growth-oriented
  • Strong ability to build trusted client relationships and manage a portfolio with sizeable assets under management (AUM).
  • Deep understanding of global financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining a client base, with a strong ability to turn leads into clients with significant AUM.
  • Must hold or be eligible for CMFAS/SCI certifications (RE5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A).
