🌟 Job Opportunity: Medical Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic)

Location: Novena / Orchard
Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 + Commission
Rest Days: Sundays & Public Holidays Off

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during aesthetic and medical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and necessary documentation
• Provide support to doctors throughout consultations and procedures
• Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care
• Follow up with patients after treatments and review appointments
• Handle appointment scheduling, administrative duties, and patient records
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping of the clinic

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Professional Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or healthcare industry
• Basic computer literacy is required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance
• Comfortable working retail hours and weekends when required
• Candidates with CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, Beauty Therapy, or Nursing qualifications will have an added advantage
• Experience in facial treatments and aesthetic procedures is preferred
