Project and customer coordination bridges the gap between organizational delivery and client expectations. It involves day-to-day administration, scheduling, and communication to ensure deliverables meet requirements, stay on budget, and satisfy the end-user
MARKETING EXPANSION
Marketing expansion involves growing your business by reaching new demographics or geographic locations when your original markets saturate. It diversifies revenue and reduces commercial risk. A proven model is crucial before executing these strategies.
