Key Responsibilities
• OrderManagement & Fulfillment: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, andtrack deliveries from initiation to completion.
• CustomerSupport: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiriesregarding products, accounts, or issue resolution.
• SalesAdministration: Manage and organize sales records, update CRM databases,and prepare sales reports or presentations.
• Cross-DepartmentCollaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure pricing and delivery terms are met.
• Trade Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and manage logistics tracking (especially for import/export
