Well-established for close to 30 years, they are actively looking for Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team to make an impact to the community together.
Multiple locations around North-East & East available!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the client's physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans
- Conduct caregiver training and education
- Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
- Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
- Participate in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects
- Conduct training for therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
Requirements:
- AHPC Registration
- At least 1 - 2 years of Occupational Therapist work experience
- Passion to work in Day Rehabilitation Centre / Nursing Home settings
