Shipping Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end shipping operations, courier management, and coordination between the plant and distribution center. This role is also responsible for managing documentation, scrap sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational flow between internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping operations and related processes
- Coordinate between the plant and Distribution Center (DSDC) for shipping requests
- Process and arrange courier service shipments, including scheduling and tracking
- Handle courier-related Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation
- Perform daily audits of transfer forms (Plant to DSDC) data accuracy
- Manage hand-carry documents, consignment shipments, and SRMD processes
- Support weekly scrap sales activities with vendors and the finance team
- Assist in coordinating scrap sales documentation and execution
- Perform operational special assignments as required
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred
- Familiarity with courier services and shipment coordination
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and data accuracy
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and external vendors
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks
