Job Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor during consultation and clinic procedures.
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection in accordance with standard protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care as needed.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain phlebotomy equipment and report any malfunctions or shortages.
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years' Staff Nurse experience, experienced with blood collection
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Relevant education qualification in Nursing
