Locations available: Kent Ridge OR West side polyclinics
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care
- Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed
- Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients
- Support training initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as Clinical Pharmacist with inpatient setting experience
- Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
- Pharmacy-related education qualification
