Temp Admin (Procurement)
Job Description
Contract Duration: 4 Months (June – September)
About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Admin, he/she will support Buyers in day-to-day procurement operations, focusing on data management, supplier coordination, and reporting activities within a fast-paced MNC environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with SAP and Excel to manage procurement data and supplier communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support generation and maintenance of procurement reports
- Extract, update, and validate procurement data from SAP
- Follow up with suppliers on open purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding items
- Maintain tracking sheets and ensure data accuracy across procurement records
- Assist Buyers with administrative and operational procurement tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Procurement team
Requirements
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Order Management support will be advantage.
- Preferably Hands-on experience using SAP (preferably SAP MM / procurement module)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good written communication skills for supplier email follow-ups
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
