Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate and consolidate daily crating schedules across all channels

·       Manage customer delivery requests and respond promptly to inquiries

·       Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders based on incoming Purchase Orders

·       Prepare and maintain monthly delivery consolidation reports for customers

·       Liaise with Operations on pull-ins, urgent orders, customized crates, and readiness status

·       Arrange site measurements for new or first-time crate requirements

·       Support RFQs and rework requests with Engineering, including quotation preparation

Job Requirements

1.      Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

2.      1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related role.

3.      Familiarity with ERP or order management systems preferred.

4.      Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or packaging industry is an advantage.
