Account Assistant (Part-Time / 5 Days Work)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our daily accounting operations.

This is a stable part-time office role with short working hours, ideal for candidates who prefer work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and maintaining accounting records
  • Filing and organising documents
  • Basic bookkeeping (debit and credit records)
  • Assist in payroll preparation and commission calculations
  • General accounting administrative support

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or admin experience
  • Familiar with basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Excel / accounting records)

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 5 working days per week

  • $1,600 per month
