Finance Executive - Construction Sector

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and experienced in handling full sets of accounts, preferably within the construction or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage invoicing, progress claims, and payment collections
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for projects
• Assist in GST submission, audits, and tax matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Support payroll processing and financial reporting when required

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environment preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
