Our client is an established private single-family office managing the investment portfolios, global assets, and lifestyle requirements of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Headquartered in Singapore, the office operates with a strict focus on confidentiality, precision, and high-standard service execution.
They are seeking a highly organized and polished Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the family executives. This role offers unique exposure to private asset structures, elite lifestyle management, and high-level corporate networking.
The Role
You will be reporting to the Family Office Director and involved in the following key responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and external vendors with a professional approach.
Maintain optimal organization of private matters, lifestyle logistics, and executive documentations.
Assist with basic reporting and accounting tracking relating to the family’s lifestyle expenses and asset maintenance.
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Coordinate and liaise with lifestyle managers, external agents, and corporate secretaries.
Undertake ad-hoc personal and professional assignments as required by the family.
Your Profile
Diploma or Degree in any background
Proficient in fluent English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with family networks and regional partners.
High emotional intelligence (EQ), excellent grooming standards, and professional demeanor.
Strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Prior experience in family office, premium customer service, hospitality, aviation, or executive admin is highly valued, but fresh entrants with the right traits are welcome to apply.
