The Role
You will be reporting to the Team Lead and involved in the following key responsibilities:
Engage prospective business owners, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs to understand their operational and growth needs.
Manage client accounts, address business inquiries, and build long-term corporate relationships.
Prepare business proposals and deliver professional presentations on corporate services and advisory solutions.
Monitor market trends and identify potential business segments for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Undertake ad-hoc market outreach and business development assignments as required by management.
Your Profile
Diploma, Degree, or A-Level qualifications in any discipline.
Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective communication and relationship management with corporate clients.
Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in corporate sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an asset, but fresh entrants are welcome to apply as structured B2B coaching will be provided.
