Job Description

Support end-to-end management of customer and staff referral programmes, including reporting and performance tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate data retrieval for operational and analytical requirements while maintaining data integrity.
Perform maker-checker validation for promotional fulfilments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution.
Prepare, review, and coordinate approval of official memos and documentation.
Manage and respond to sales and service team inquiries efficiently.
Monitor, track, and report operational activities and programme performance.
