Job Summary

Lead the Suntec City jewelry store to achieve sales growth and operational excellence by managing staff, inventory, customer service, and store safety while delivering expert bridal jewelry advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and overall management of the Suntec City jewelry store to ensure smooth functioning and sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor understudy staff to build a skilled and knowledgeable sales team
• Sell bridal jewelry and diamonds by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback to enhance the shopping experience
• Provide expert advice and personalized guidance on product selections to meet customer needs
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product tagging to maintain optimal merchandise availability
• Enforce store security measures and safety protocols to protect valuable inventory and ensure a safe environment
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and attractive product display arrangements to enhance visual appeal

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in store management to effectively oversee retail operations
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail or jewelry sales to support specialized product knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members
