Job description

- Plan, organize, and coordinate social events and activities.

- Liaise and coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, and other service providers, to ensure smooth event execution.

- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the most favourable terms, pricing, and service arrangements.

- Ensure all event logistics and operational requirements are effectively managed and delivered within budget and timeline.

Requirement

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relation/ related course.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good time management and attention to detail are a must.

- Strong customer focus

- Ability to interact with guests and offer assistance during events

- Have a positive and can-do attitude
