Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of tender submission;
  • Prepare quotation for job;
  • Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation;
  • Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing;
  • Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;
  • Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
  • Prepare budget statement monthly and review by Superior;
  • Manage and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties
  • To maintain the Quality System in the Department;
  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.
  • Able to perform ad-hoc and adminstrative duties.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to call clients and verify contracts, job and for all other informations.
