my client is an emerging Singapore-based professional enterprise specializing in engineering design, technical consultancy, and general business activities. We provide high-quality structural planning, technical solutions, and comprehensive advisory services for diverse building and infrastructure sectors. As we expand our project pipeline, we are looking for a visionary and driven Project Manager to lead our team and deliver excellence.
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities (岗位职责):
- On-site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate direct labor to ensure smooth progress.
- Quality & Progress Control: Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with architectural/engineering drawings, BCA regulations, and project standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site; report and rectify any safety hazards immediately.
- Material Management: Check and manage incoming materials and equipment deliveries on-site.
- Site Records: Maintain accurate daily site logs, progress photos, and attendance records.
Requirements (任职要求):
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or related fields (Graduates from Ngee Ann Poly or other polytechnics are highly welcomed).
- Certification: Possess BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) / SSSC certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of site supervision experience in Singapore construction or engineering projects.
- Skills: Able to read technical blueprints and engineering drawings; strong problem-solving skills on-site.
