• Prepare invoices & shipping documents to overseas customers.

• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.

• Verify shipment details upon receipt, and liaise with customers & distributors.

• Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor's warehouse.

• Coordinates transportations between warehouse and site installation team.

• Upkeep records of warehouse storage and movement.
