We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time & Part-Time Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help students achieve their full potential. You will provide personalized instruction and support to students in specific subject areas, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. University or poly students are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
Personalized Instruction: Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
Curriculum Support: Assist students with homework, test preparation, and mastering core concepts in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, or Humanities.
Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure academic growth.
Mentorship: Motivate and encourage students to build confidence and develop effective study habits.
Communication: Maintain regular updates with parents or supervisors regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Academic Excellence: A strong track record in the subject(s) you intend to teach (undergraduate degree or current enrollment in a relevant university program preferred).
Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
Patience & Empathy: A student-centric approach with the ability to adapt to different learning paces.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and organized in managing session schedules.
Experience: Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or coaching is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with strong subject knowledge.
