International Sales Coordinator
Job Description
As an International Sales Coordinator at Prosben Group Pte. Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting sales team in expanding our global reach. In this full-time position, you will be based in the Central Region and contribute to the company's strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Sales Processing
Handle customer orders, including PO confirmation and order entry
Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice
Follow up on order progress, including production, shipment, and delivery schedules
Customer & Sales Support
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with factory, production planning, and finance departments on order progress
Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and shipment verification
Support month-end closing and reporting
Administrative Support
Perform document filing and data organization
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required due to need to engage with stakeholders in China Market.
Fresh graduates will be considered
