🍽️ What You’ll Be Doing

As part of Mama’s Restaurant Crew, you’ll be the face of our food & beverage experience — spreading joy one plate, one drink, and one smile at a time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and personality (no robots here!)
• Taking food & drink orders accurately and with flair
• Serving with care — from a perfectly poured coffee to a cheeky cocktail
• Keeping the dining area tidy, vibrant, and ready for the next round of fun
• Working closely with the kitchen team to make sure every dish and drink delights
• Assisting with restaurant set-up, side duties, and closing operations
• Ensuring Mama’s service standards and health & safety practices are always met
• Sundays are always off!

• You’re fun, friendly, and passionate about hospitality
• You love working with people and know how to make guests feel at home
• Teamwork makes your world go round — you’re helpful, respectful, and adaptable
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is a plus (but not required — Mama can train you!)
• If you are more experienced, you can try for the dining host positions
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already possess food hygiene certificate
