WSH Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and implement workplace safety policies and preventive measures.
• Enforce compliance with all site safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate accidents and safety violations, prepare reports, and identify root causes.
• Monitor workplace repairs, installations, and high-risk activities to ensure employee safety.
• Perform other OSH related site duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator preferably in construction of high-tech or semiconductor industries
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with site teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Singaporean only need apply
